Apple Watch Health and Fitness Application.

A major US gym group partnered with a health insurer and Discovery Vitality to create a fitness offering supported by an Apple Watch application. The solution needed to capture activity and health metrics, integrate them with existing services and enable the insurer to assess members' progress and benefits.

I architected the solution by identifying which existing organisational capabilities could be reused and which new services had to be developed. I guided planning, design and delivery across business domains, application tiers and offshore development teams in the Philippines.
